Honestly i loved it! Pay was not super high though.

-part time, flexible and understanding leadership if something happens last minute -encourages a good balance of work and life, mind and body, work and rest, balance in general -a safe space for all its guests and employees

-as a byproduct of the demographics in its direct community, the population isn’t the most diverse. This is not an intentional decision by anyone or a true con of any sort, really.
