1. Awful COVID-19 response. People don’t feel safe coming into a poorly ventilated office, but management said that being on site was great for morale. They lie and lie to make themselves feel good.
2. Abusive managers! Belittling, name calling, and gaslighting are common practices. Better have these skills if you want to be a director. It also helps if you’re incompetent as well and know someone.
3. Pressure to exceed expectations can cause health problems, but guess what? No one cares. You don’t matter. I’ll say it again. You. Don’t. Matter.
