Textkernel has excellent culture that supports creativity and innovation, and less focus on financials. It is also very fast growing company, both in employee counts, and also in revenue. Finally, there's lunch, beer Friday and first class events. Great place to work, and great career prospects.
Kontras
As in any growing company, there are far more work than are people. Perhaps be more focused on few items that the company can excel, rather than meeting every customers' demands.
