Texthelp is a fantastic place to work - everyone is very welcoming, you are given autonomy and allowed to make your own decisions, you are thanked and valued for doing a good job and the everyday perks for staff are amazing - they even provide your lunch! Gym packages, private healthcare, etc. The overall package here is hard to come by.

Only criticism is inter-departmental communication can be a little lacking sometimes, but then that's true for most companies.
