Pros

- The pay and benefits are great. - Lots of people who are very smart and very nice.

When I started at TextNow I would have given a 5 star review, but recently things are moving in what feels like the wrong direction. - Managers who are loved by their reports are constantly let go. - Product initiatives always trump engineering initiatives . - Work life balance is becoming worse.

Good Pay Decent benefits (used to be a lot better)

- Senior Leadership team has no idea what they are doing and make bad decision after bad decision. -No adherence to process, no standards and no accountability! - The company culture has completely tanked over the last 2 years, TextNow used to be a great place to work.
