Partially remote, mileage pay, great team besides management

Poor management, expectations are fluid, quarterly bonuses take 2 months to receive, not enough room for growth, raises are minimal, no training pay for new hires

Pros

Most of the original T2D team is incredible and were the reason I stayed as long as I did.

NEPOTISM. Senior leadership only hires their cronies/family/lovers/people they can control. Senior leadership in positions they have no business being in and promoting employees who do not know how to manage anyone or use the platform. Once there were some leadership changes from the original team things went SEVERELY downhill, including employee buy-in, which created a mass exodus of top-performing and committed team players.
