Shift meals & discounts were taken away. If there's a blizzard and you can't come in, you're fired. If you have to take medical leave or go on vacation, they will punish you and not give you shifts for weeks after. They only interview & hire females for FOH. They will change your schedule within 24 hours of your shift. They take bets on who will be fired next & are repeatedly saying "we can replace all of you". No recognition for good reviews or compliments. Will schedule you outside your available times. Some weeks you get one shift, others you get 7, there's no consistency.
