      They have a very good access to software because they are part of environmental Engineering group that work with army and most of the expenses are covered by them

      they have toxic and un friendly environment. Just competition and no help or support at all.

      Pay, remote work, flexible, variety of projects

      Kontras

      Management is bit disorganized and always scrambling. Benefits are not the greatest. PTO is looped in with holidays. Not enough resources for every job so burnout is high
