      Culture is non-existent; Tetra Tech is about as corporate as you can get. Lots of favoritism and questionable exceptions made for certain employees

      Management is bit disorganized and always scrambling. Benefits are not the greatest. PTO is looped in with holidays. Not enough resources for every job so burnout is high
