You'll be lucky to get a $100 gift card bonus and a 1%-5% raise once a year, if anything at all. They'll ding you on anything to lower your 1%-5% raise around review time. Expect a 3% raise on average. If you're promoted they give you the title and responsibility increase and wont give you a pay increase until a "90 day probationary period" is complete and they will not give you back pay for those 90 days.
