      the work is interesting. there is alot of opportunity to grow. pay isn't horrible.

      time off is almost non-existent. do not come here if you want a work-life balance.

      Pay, remote work, flexible, variety of projects

      Management is bit disorganized and always scrambling. Benefits are not the greatest. PTO is looped in with holidays. Not enough resources for every job so burnout is high
