And while the company states that employees can purchase additional PTO at the start of each year, those purchased hours are accrued each pay period over the course of the whole year. Unclear BD practices created a severe shortage of work/assignments, and company policy states that employees must use PTO if no available work is assigned. High turnover rate of project managers created confusion and challenges when taking over their projects/assignments.
