No MC, and required to make up for MCs with off days. No onboarding, no guidance, no proper supervision. Supervisor (also company director) was hostile, micromanaging, and unreasonable. Repeated off-day cancellations and late-night demands. Constant comparisons to past interns used to justify overwork. Refused to acknowledge work or provide constructive feedback. Communicated in a demeaning, top-down manner with no regard for mental health. Full-time staff were overworked, unempowered, and visibly demoralized. The company had no remaining developers when we left.
