I worked in Bpmonline for 6 years. I came from Microsoft. I knew nothing about Bpmonline. Everything looked very strange. But now… I’m enormously happy that I joined Bpmonline. Key points: 1. Salary/Compensation payment dates. During 6 years all the payments were made in time. If there were holidays ahead – payment was made before holidays. 2. Compensation amount. I grew from a Junior Sales Manager up to Solution Manager Team Lead. I know that people, who bring value, receive more than average market level. 3. Insurance. After 6 months of work an employee receives insurance. But different offices may have different rules. 4. Company growth. Bpmonline is growing very fast: continuous growth of employee number; discovering new world markets; new products launch. 5. People. Company is always trying to find the best way to make employees happy: different events, trainings, corporate parties etc. 6. Growth opportunities. I started as a Junior sales manager. Then moved to Presale manager position. Then – Product Owner. Then – Solution Manager Team Lead. 7. Bureaucracy? What? Haven’t heard about this. Company is aimed to achieve business goals. Alll obstacles are being destroyed. If you want to get a quick growth / face new and interesting task, then you are welcome in Bpmonline 😊
