Pros
The pay and the perks were ok but were not enough to keep you. Some of the associates were great and the first two years with the company was a blast because micro-managing was non-existant.

Being micro-managed constantly and covering two departments consistantly without praise or recognition was the norm. I had 3 employees with my tenure with the company have heart attacks from the stress.
