Failed and frequent leadership changes since Mike Koehler left 4 years ago. Have had 4 CEO changes alone. Constant churn in the leadership of sales and engineering show up in lack of sustained direction and uneven product quality. Transition to subscription model has yet to bear fruit in financials and stock price, although 2020 is supposed to be the key year. We shall see. In the meantime, employees are getting weary and patience is thin.
