Terrible Company / Executives - Project Manager bei Teradata: Mitarbeiterbewertung

If job security is a priority for you, don’t bother even looking at this company. It’s spiraling downhill (and has been for the past 7 years). The executives are not bright people who can’t see that the end is near. They invest hundreds of thousands of dollars in consultants regularly to help them decided what areas should be cut which leads to large layoffs over and over. Vic Lund (current acting CEO), doesn’t care about the employees and would much rather lay them off then to take other cost saving measures. The company’s products are far behind the competitors given all of management thought cloud computing was a fad and people would come back to their hardware offerings, but the cloud stuck around and it’s crushing them since they can’t catch up.
