In office time fairly lenient subject to showing up a bit early.. (10am). Paid sick leave separate from vacation up to 3 wks. Remote desktop.
Kontras
Archaic and monolithic processes. Innovation somewhat stifled. Management wastes meetings for patting engineers on the back without sharing fiscal rewards. Very few in office perks.. They charge for the gym.. Really? Let's remove incentivize our employees to be healthy.
