Pros

Slave away. Not experienced employees or managers there. Pretentious. Only good one was the first HR. She was amazing with all the complaints and backstabbing.

The products are nice, they're easy to sell, and the public is interested. R&D does a nice job.

Kontras

Almost all upper management is in China, and you can really feel the influence. HR policy is not up to European and Dutch standards, and employees are not treated well. Work from home is discouraged. Benefits are non-existent, not even the basic ones. Career development options are limited, and they're stingy with bonuses and promotions.
