Terrible - avoid - Mitarbeiter (anonym) bei Tenmat: Mitarbeiterbewertung

This is a terrible company to work for. The morale in the building is the worst i have ever seen. The management have very little management experience and struggle to manage the staff. Their full focus is wanting more and more and more from the staff expecting them to work many extra hours per day unpaid. Many departments are understaffed so existing staff are expected to undertake this work. They invested in a new ERP system in 2020 and this was rolled out unfinished and in some departments no training given, making people jobs twice as hard. They are only focused on sales sales sales to build up the business to sell in a few years for directors shares payout.
