Pros
- work culture was great, consulting style but with good work-life balance, likely the Swiss DNA which is strong across the company
- fintech is an exciting space
- being both in consulting and in VC gives them more exposure
- very international team, overall very nice people who care about not just work but life, purpose. nice!
Kontras
- internal tech stack is too heavy for a company of this size, overly complex, losing people's time for no added value
- consulting and VC arms kind of work well together but should not be judges with the same eyes / lens
- maybe lacks ambition to some extent, lack of hunger. No sense of urgency (good for LIFE balance, but not so much for WORK balance)
