Small-Medium company atmosphere so you are involved in many different aspects of the business. Good work environment, enjoyed the company of all coworkers. There is a strong ability to grow within the company, which is always a good thing. Overall, good experience working for Temptu.

There was sometimes a lack of communication between departments. There should be more fluidity between marketing, e commerce, sales, customer service, etc.

Some of the people were cool to work with.

People at the company are not personable. They are closed mind and think that all pitches cannot be executed because of bandwidth. Management is also VERY passive aggressive & judgemental. You can't walk in 3 mins after a certain time or they ping you for it. There is also no room for growth or ability to learn.
