Hybrid working, ability to switch roles within the organization, Telstra cares, provides well being support such as paid recharge days where the whole org goes off to recharge and recollect ourselves, annual health screen.

real remote arrangement for most staff

There is no direction except cost reduction. While revenue is a concern, there is no general understanding on how to remove internal barriers that stop revenue from coming in. Business model is not sustainable and it is surviving by selling off asset and business at the point.
