The least favourite employee will be made redundant. - Certain staff members who aren't managers can lobby to have you sacked.

      real remote arrangement for most staff

      There is no direction except cost reduction. While revenue is a concern, there is no general understanding on how to remove internal barriers that stop revenue from coming in. Business model is not sustainable and it is surviving by selling off asset and business at the point.
