Disgusting immoral self interested management and executives. Toxic woke culture enabled by lying, dishonesty, cohesion and fear. Entrenched top down gaslighting, lying is rewarded and honesty is punished. Extremist woke ideology making abusive self entitled females immune to misconduct and lack of productivity. Too many woke ideologues unfit for their role, loading off responsibility and workload onto others. Incompetent middle and senior management that are all about self promotion in cadence meetings and pointless internal announcables. Internal fraud with manipulated and cherry picked data for KPIs and reporting. Lack of focus and direction with no viable strategy nor competitive product. Lack of capability to deliver anything requiring critical thinking. Too many parasitic non productive paper and spreadsheet shufflers, especailly in middle management who take advantage of those under them. Culture of internal socialised corruption with many people getting a job through family, friends and other dogdey associations. This is not a telco nor technology company, its a cesspool of political parasites primary motivated by fake appearances.

There is no direction except cost reduction. While revenue is a concern, there is no general understanding on how to remove internal barriers that stop revenue from coming in. Business model is not sustainable and it is surviving by selling off asset and business at the point.
