Tellus is unfortunately a sinking ship with no captain at the helm. They lack funding and are finding it difficult to gain and keep traction. They are trying to play in the market as a big player, but lack adequate resources to follow through. C-level management likes to micromanage and priorities can change daily causing chaos throughout the organization. They recently had ~20% layoff to compensate for lack of revenue. Result is more long hours and no work/life balance for those remaining. Poor compensation. Poor benefits. No 401K match.
