Pros

Overall atmosphere, quality of products in clinical use, customer relations. Very fine and highly skilled clinical support professionals, selling products that really make a difference. A friendly culture, your private time and family matter.

Kontras

No innovation, not sales focussed, lot aof stand alone projects, way too many staff not supporting our core activity: sales! No personal protection clithing for the cathlab, no dosimeters or any policy regarding radiation protection!!

Interviewed with 4 people for a senior buyer position and was offered the job. Prior to accepting I emphasized numerous times that I have children and need to work specific hours. They agreed to my hours, Brittany the lead buyer: “yes, those hours are totally fine, Patrick her boss, “he has a daughter so we’re totally flexible when it comes to family and personal life” Mind you I’m going in as a contractor vs perm. So my hours should be flexible to begin with. Days before my orientation they give me recruiters a hard time for my hours that they approved and contractually signed on for.
