Thanks for taking the time to write about your intern experience. I'm glad you found it a good development opportunity. Since I don't know your role I can't guess what training you found useless, but I am guessing it may have been training that is required because we work in a highly regulated environment. I hope you gave that feedback to the manager you worked for so that we can adjust some of those training requirements if possible.
