The salary is Good if you are kickstarting your career. Paid mobile phone, health insurance, early salary review, bonuses
Kontras
The work is stale. the company is big and sometimes it takes months just to actually implement stuff. Incompetent stuff will not be educated. No Whistleblow policy if Management is making actual workplace worse. HR will do their best to lower your salary. The only way to balance the salary with others is to leave T2 and come back by requesting new salary.
