Failed managers get promoted. Lack of diversity in upper management. Very few clients. Overqualified staff for simple tasks. Company does not hire interns or people fresh out of college. Everyone is older and grumpy for the most part. Consistent layoffs year after year. New hires last a couple months at most. Management agrees to client demands without understanding the team and resources needed to meet their needs leaving the actual workers unable to meet deadlines.
