No growth potential. Stagnant pay. No salary increases. Company prefers to promote internally, but only if you are friends with the managers. Everyone else has no chance at all. Failed managers get promoted. Lack of diversity in upper management. Very few clients. Overqualified staff for simple tasks. Company does not hire interns or people fresh out of college. Everyone is older and grumpy for the most part. Consistent layoffs year after year. New hires last a couple months at most.
