-The people looking to inspire positive change are often steamrolled by ownership into going back to the same old methods that keep causing issues.
-When issues are finally confronted, the blame is often misappropriated and the issue will persist.
-Commission and pay structure changes CONSTANTLY
-Toxic work environment encouraged by management, lots of backstabbing and sneaky behaivor.
-Not really any work/life balance.
