Direct management are great people

Got cut to part time after private equity was brought in. Most of the team was laid off or left because half a salary doesn't cut it. Upper level management does not care about their employees. Nonexistent PTO policy. Health benefits are awful. No room for growth. No bonus structure. Culture used to be great, not anymore with PE involved.
