1. Sometimes you will end up spending a lot of time on a feature and you won't get paid for the overtime. 2. Though the hike percentage is very good, starting as a fresher in this company will take a hard hit on your CTC as its pay is lower than the industry's average pay. Post corona this hits even more. 3. Though there is a clear difference shown between performers and non-performers when this difference is translated to Salary, this difference is very negligible and sometimes too much demotivating. 4. The performer will get more and more work and the non-performer will get less and less work. 5. Development of different variants of a hit product happens more frequently than innovation.
