Unethical malpractices followed in the company from past couple of years. Salaries are delayed on regular basis for 3-4 months and later fraction of the pending due is credited like a carrot. There's no guarantee of settlement of pending dues even after leaving the company Defaulting on payment is not limited to employees but vendors/outsourcing teams as well. Complete absence of Structured Management, training for new employees, Appraisal process, Standardized project workflow, work life balance, regular salaries & overtime compensation. Management is well aware about these practices but remains to keeps silence for these issues and ghosting the emails raised.
