Where to start. Treat employees like dirt. Treat clients even worse and deceive them every time they have a chance to and think they can get away with it. Do not have any of the capabilities website lists and clients learn about that after signing a contract when CrookStar can't deliver. Staff in India does not know the basics of recruiting and has zero processes in place to deliver even the most basic candidate for client requirements. This company is definition of blind leading the blind. The CEO doesn't know the basics of recruiting (ask him more than 5 questions and you'll know). There are absolutely no processes in place that are followed. Owners will not pay commission on any placements or hires. They somehow have a large client but no one knows how they got the client or how they are still keeping it. If you are thinking of working for, with, or partnering with this company, stay the hell away if you don't want to be screwed over.
