When I was looking for a company, I put a high priority on a healthy atmosphere in communication. This becomes clear not so much at the interview as in the first weeks of cooperation. Today is exactly one year since I have been working with Techstack in the marketing team as a Social Media Manager :) My specialty requires communication with different people, and I have never encountered a negative attitude. In this team, people respect each other a priori, value time, and openly say what they mean. I see people worried about what they do, thinking about how to make better decisions, how to grow professionally and what is needed for that. I am pleased and comfortable to be among such people. The relationships in the team really fit the term horizontal hierarchy. It is quite easy to define when you see how members calmly communicate with C-level department heads and team leads, etc. I can confirm this with my own experience. I would like to express my special gratitude to Nastasia, our team lead; thanks to whose support I systematized my knowledge and received the freedom to perform my tasks. Techstack takes care of its memebers. I had no problems with getting paid, and when I had difficulties with the bank, they actively and efficiently helped me with it. While working from the office, I totally forgot about how to ensure my comfort and could focus entirely on my work. At the beginning of the large-scale invasion in Ukraine, we had an action plan and resources for them. Now the team is working, I think, with even more diligence and speed. And it’s inspiring, I see its development and mine in particular. Thanks to Techstack people, because you make the company what it is <3
