Expect to sacrifice your personal life. Final outcome? For many, it’s burnout or even divorce. There is zero regard for women's safety. The environment is toxic beyond belief—filled with favoritism, nepotism, and a total lack of professionalism. HR is either powerless or part of the problem. Avoid this place unless you’re absolutely desperate and even then, think twice. I left after six months and honestly, it took me another six to recover. My advice: run.
