Techromatic is a great place to work for people who are entrepreneurial and like an environment where there's no politics and nothing standing in the way of getting things done. It provides a fast-paced, sink or swim atmosphere which I found refreshing and rewarding. My hard work was always appreciated and I felt like my contributions were always noticed.
