Techromatic is a great place to work for people who are entrepreneurial and like an environment where there's no politics and nothing standing in the way of getting things done. It provides a fast-paced, sink or swim atmosphere which I found refreshing and rewarding. My hard work was always appreciated and I felt like my contributions were always noticed.

If you're the kind of person who needs a lot of structure or a firm management hierarchy, Techromatic may not be the company for you... you're likely going to be better off at a larger company that's more geared toward that type of thing.
