Not many cons...Management is strict on project timelines and expects high level of seriousness from the employees on their work and tasks. However, this comes as a positive for employees as they become more responsible, time-efficient, and hard-working in the long run.

I last worked there in 2022 and back then the only perk was remote work.

- Saturday full day working. - Very low pay. - No paid leaves. - Management feels entitled to your time and expects you to be available whenever they want, even after designated work hours. - Management doesn't hesitate once before speaking rudely or even screaming. - All the other employees are pretty clueless - a lot is done but nothing is accomplished. - Nothing to learn, no career growth.
