1. no job security, they will fire you after your need is completed for the company. 2. no hikes, empolyee's will be in fear to ask hikes, fear is for if they ask for hike they may fire them. 3. they will tell you that company will became an MNC if you work hard your position will be high and blah blah. but the company will never with the attitude of management. 4. we worked for 12hrs per day for 3months but no benifits, yes we got benifits that is they fired us.. 5. they see employee's as labour, CEO also waste he also treat employee's as labour he uses employee's for his personal work's also
