Basically V Y wanted to join politics as per his comments in the past here he couldn't so he started polishing his political skills at Technovert with the employees and S P a sweet person with a cunning nature. their philosohy of growing is cutting the legs of the opposition Intended only to mid level and above Sales professionals. Be very very careful with the Leadership Team when it comes to career growth especially if you are in Sales. Your efforts are measured based on how politically correct you are with in the system and with everyone around you no mater how inclined your efforts are towards the company's growth or your contribution towards the process. end of the day you will be sidelined, ignored and humiliated. Don't believe what you read on LinkedIn its just a paid promotion and publicity from fake people or anywhere, Leadership team comes with a technology background and not that responsive towards sales process or culture and the result is heavily politicized atmosphere . There is no culture, heavily biased process, your efforts and results will be manipulated. If you already an midlevel employee expect nothing than hypocrisy from leadership team. You would see people serving here more than 5 or 8+ years and only because the best hypocritic nature they have developed through out their journey.
