-Fun people to work with -Good opportunity to grow as a young professional -Flexible scheduling and opportunities to pick up more hours. -Relatively high pay for campus job ($10.50/hr) -Supervisors are very helpful

Kontras

-Training and meetings made it seem like pay raises could be earned with hard work. Yet, despite my proven record, I never received an individual pay raise. This was blamed on state funding, which is understandable, but doesn't change the fact. -Probably one of the harder campus jobs due to scope of issues supported and amount of information required to learn (not a study job unless you take night/weekend hours). -Required monthly meetings
