Great ideas get the attention they deserve as innovation and cutting edge technology is clearly the mindset of the company.
Kontras
A new company with exponential growth has both benefits and drawbacks. Infrastructure and organisational aspects need some improvement yet, which I believe is the definition of a start-up. This is not a downside for me, but can be for someone else.
