-Very close-knit working environment -Company will treat employees to outings from time to time -Generous bonus structure (although I do not believe some of the bonus opportunities are still available)

-Leadership plays favorites, uses intimidation, and ignores input of lower-level employees -Sales tactics legal, but morally unsound -No room for advancement -Very infrequent salary pay raise -Workload disproportionate based on which employees are consistent in performance vs. those who are not
