Pros
If you want a do-nothing job where you develop no real skills, this is the place for you!
Kontras
Working at Technimark is literally like stepping back into 1995, where the average employee is basically skating by until retirement. If you are under the age of 40, don't bother working here. You will spend most of your time fighting a clueless and out-dated workforce that can barely run a computer, much less teach you something useful. I can't count the number of times I have heard "Well, that's the way it's ALWAYS been done 'round here." The few skilled individuals here will have no time to help or train you, as they're spending their time putting out fires or dealing with things outside the scope of their role. The companies' systems and processes are also incredibly out of date. There are countless paper processes and antiquated technologies being used. Any attempts to make improvements are stymied and met with resistance by the workforce. There is also an incessant amount of drama and gossip in some departments. A majority of the workforce has been here 10 years or more, and as a result, you end up with a bunch of lower-level staff thinking they run the entire company, sabotaging progress along the way.
