Very bad HR policies. 1. New joined won't get leave when he/she on a probation which is 3 month(best case). If leave is taken during this time, Pay will be deducted, as many times why do we want to take leave. 2. No insurance for new joinee until he becomes confirmed employee. Which means a person will be without insurance for 3 month (best case). So if something happens to you during this time, you have to pay from your pocket. No benefits at all. 3. No leave encashment. This is very very bad. You won't get a penny for your paid leaves if you have any leaves in your account 5. You hardly have anything to save tax. As the company will not do anything for you. Pay your taxes. 6. No Computer and No Internet bills, no exception for medical bills (15k per year),
