I had a disappointing experience with Techademy. I was hired for a specific role, but upon joining, I was assigned a completely different one that did not align with my skills or the expectations set during the interview process. When I reached out to HR and management for clarification and support, there was no response or effort made to resolve the issue. Eventually, I was indirectly asked to leave without any proper explanation or support. This lack of transparency and professionalism was extremely disheartening. I hope the company takes steps to improve communication and treat its new hires with more integrity and respect.

Manager was good, was understanding and helpful.

WFO, the tasks could've been done from home and not sure why it was required to come to office at night with absolutely 0 amenities, no food, no canteen nothing. They don't payout the incentives
