this is the best place to destroy your career .they will tell you that after internship they will pay you 12lpa but they won't let you complete your internship . my experience was very bad but if you really need a job than anything is better than nothing.

i had worked in techxr.co . Company culture is worst in terms of equality and work pressure , learning time , working timing and their behavior . they will not given you any time at all to learn new technology and expect you that you will complete their work in just 4 hours without learing new framework . they will shout on you like you are labourer and so many bad words .

You get to play with things, but that's about it. Sometimes you get to work on new things. Office parties once a month. If you perform good, your treatment is better

The management (both tech and HR) is inexperienced. The result is, there is cocktail of misunderstandings and nobody knows how to fix them. Those in senior roles try to reach you things, without even knowing anything on their own. The upper management is just their own family members who will flirt with new employees, take them to drink alcohol and have s*x with them, especially the graphics team. Very partial culture, this company is only running because of their CEO and CTO, but they will seldom ignore everything because of family. Very good performing employees leave the company, you can check history of some of the top performing employees who worked there. It's like working for a company where your rights are non existent because the upper management is always tight . Blame game is the key at the end of the day. Bad work life balance, bad pay
